- itty bitty are 3.1 inches in diameter, and work best for those who wear AA-A cups.
- OG are 3.9 inches in diameter, and work best for those who wear AA-DD.
- (+) are 5.1 inches in diameter, and work best for those who wear DDD+, or DD who prefer more coverage!

Size note for our DD ladies: several of our DD customers are on the border of circles OG & circles (+): OG will fit you more like a nipple cover, but (+) will give more coverage.

grippy CAKES circles™:
Rinse with warm water, and pat dry. If you feel you need a deeper clean, let soak in warm water.
sticky CAKES circles™:
- Rinse both sides with warm water. Air-dry in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
- Once completely dry, place your sticky CAKES back on their branded protective sheets for safe storage. Do not store sticky CAKES directly on the hard plastic form, as it will strip the adhesive. sticky CAKES can be worn while swimming and exercising, but excessive moisture could weaken the effectiveness of our adhesive glaze. If worn while swimming or exercising, immediately rinse with warm water and air-dry both sides of your sticky CAKES before continued use.
- Recommended Use: Wear for 6–8 hours per use. Designed for at least 10x wears. (Actual wear time and reuse may vary based on individual usage and care)

I am an A cup and got the Itty bitty size. I wish I went for the OG as I think it would have fit more of my breast and made it appear rounder (I have a slight tear drop shape). I can still see where it ends when I have a tight top on.
Put lotion on and warm it up and it stays under my loose fitting tops as long as I am not moving a lot.
Love the grippy not sticky feel! Not recommended for wear with loose fitting tops, but great for all kinds of form fitting and tight shirts. Not at all uncomfortable and forget that they’re even there most of the time. As a girly with piercings, they cover everything completely without feeling intrusive 10/10
Perhaps need to be a bit more grippy? The title says it all. However, that being said, most garments hold the covers and they do what they are intended to do, cover your nipples. I'd purchase again for sure!
